Hello friends! Today I am up on the Maker Forte blog with another video sharing the new Floral Cross stencil. For my project I created a baby card using some Spring colors from the Color Hive line of inks from Maker Forte. The pink and blue colors are newly released for the month of March and they are Icy Mist (blue) and Bubble Tea (pink), I added Yellowstone for the yellow.
These colors added with a soft gray card base and a soft blue layer is a perfect baby or Spring color palette.
The Floral Cross stencil has a cross on the main stencil with the floral image and it has some additional mask and out line pieces which gave me that cool outline around the cross. I thought using the Deco Foil Sunrise Lake would be perfect to give that wood grain look, simply change the direction of the foil to that it goes up and down and not side to side.
