Hello friends! For todays project I am using the Spellbinders Double & Single Peonies dies from Susan’s garden.
I thought I would share another way to color your cardstock using Memento Inks and Ink Potion No. 9. This is a great alternative to using alcohol markers and a great way to stretch your inking supplies.
Using Susan’s Tool Kit to create your flowers is key in creating realistic flowers and great dimension.
I turned this into a wedding card with a simple black frame from the Essentials By Ellen Rectangles Die Set and the sentiment from The Greetery’s Sentiment Suites Love and Pretty Postmarks Stamps Sets.

I used the new A2 Quilted Background Die from Kat Scrappiness to give some interest to the background and popped the sentiment strip up with foam.
Once the flowers were put together I used a blending brush with Angel Pink and Rose Bud Memento Inks to add some definition between the petals to give them a more realistic look.
