Mini Slimline Card Base Sizes and Envelopes

Card Base Size: 5 3/4 x 6 1/2 score at 3 1/4

Envelope Measurements

1. Cut 1 piece 8” L x 3 1/2” W

– score at 1 1/8” and 7 1/4”

2. Cut 2 pieces 6” x 2 1/8” Flip one panel over to the wrong side and line it up with the other (refer to video if this doesn’t makes sense) and score at 1/4” Then with your panels together take a ruler and mark a small angle at the top and cut. Again refer to the video if you have questions it will make more sense.

⁃ Finally burnish your your scored lines and start to assemble. Before taping your bottom flap be sure and use your corner rounder ( I used a 1”) to round the corners of the flaps on both the top and the bottom.

⁃ I recommend 1/8” double sided tape. Anything else is to big.
